These classes takes place on Zoom on Saturday, March 28 at 11am and 3pm Pacific and will take about three hours each.

The Spring Cleaning Whisk Bundle brings together two delightful whisk workshops into one package: the approachable Beginner Stitched Whisk and the intricate Rooster Tail Whisk. Learn the fundamentals of broom-making, then explore a specialized braiding technique to create an ornate, expressive whisk. Both brooms are practical for everyday use or display, and together they offer a well-rounded introduction to the craft. Register for the bundle and enjoy 20% off!
The kit includes:
- natural broomcorn
- colored twine of your choosing
- broomcorn stalks
- a stitching clamp
- a needle
Other items you may need which are not included:
- a sharp knife
- a pair of scissors
- a lighter
- a hand towel for your lap
- a dowel to use as a foot brake (explained later)
- a way to soak your broomcorn (about 10” deep)
- a closed container to soak your stalks
- a hand clamp (optional, but helpful for taking breaks)
*You will be prompted to choose your twine color when you checkout. You may provide a secondary color in the notes for your 2nd broom.
For international orders, choose the “Local Pickup” option and include your address and phone number in the notes. In order to give you the fairest rates, we will bill you separately for S&H! Please contact us prior to purchasing for any shipping questions.
Cost includes the custom kit, admission to the Zoom class, and a recorded demo.
